If your order size is more than €200, you will qualify for free shipping on your order.

Note: You will only qualify for free shipping on the cheapest shipping method (typically pick-up point), so if you want a different delivery method, you will have to pay for it.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in Denmark. Therefore delivery time depends on where you are ordering to. We currently ship to the following countries:

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Did you order the wrong item or do you want to return or exchange your purchase for another reason? No worries! Just follow one of the two guides below, depending on whether you want a refund or to exchange for another product.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

To return an item please follow these steps:

  1. Please notify us by email (info@nailie.com) that you wish to return your purchase. Please provide the order number related to the purchase. It would really ease up the process, if you also inform us what item(s) you wish to return.
  2. If we do not have any further questions to your return, you will receive a return label (please note, that we usually issue return labels to the same address as the initial order).
  3. You will be notified by email once we have received and inspected the returned item(s).
  4. If the returned item(s) comply with our return policy, the amount will be refunded to the card you used to place the order.
HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM
  1. Please notify us by email (info@nailie.com) that you wish to exchange items related to your purchase. Let us know what item(s) you wish to exchange - and what you want instead. Please provide the order number related to the purchase. It would really ease up the process, if you also inform us what item(s) you wish to exchange.
  2. If we do not have any further questions to your exchange, you will receive a return label (please note, that we usually issue return labels to the same address as the initial order).
  3. You will be notified by email once we have received and inspected the item(s).
  4. If the item(s) comply with our return policy, we will send you the item(s) you wish instead. If there is an amount difference in your favor, the amount will be refunded to the card you used to place the order. If there is an amount difference in our favor, we will charge the difference from your card after you have given your consent.
