Ordering & payment

At Nailie.com, you can pay with Visa, MasterCard, Visa Dankort, MobilePay, and Anyday.

Reservation of amount

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:
1) We deduct the amount when we send the item, or
2) the money is released according to agreement with your card issuer.

There is no card fee associated with using any of the payment methods. The amount will only be charged to your card when the items are shipped from Nailie.com. A larger amount than what you approved during purchase can never be withdrawn.

With Anyday, you can split your payment into 4. You pay 25% when the item is delivered, and the remaining amount is paid over the following 3 months. Anyday is free for you as long as you pay on time. With Anyday, you get an account that you can use at all webshops that offer payment through Anyday. To shop at Nailie.com, you must be at least 15 years old and possess a valid payment card that we accept. If you are not yet 15 years old, you can still purchase items if you have obtained your guardians approval or otherwise have legal authority to enter into the purchase.

Delivery

Unless you meet the requirements for free delivery, you will need to pay for shipping to have your items delivered.

The shipping price depends on where in the world you are ordering to. Read more about the delivery options available where you are located.

If you do not pick up your order within the specified pickup deadline set by the shipping provider, the package will be returned to us. For re-shipping, a new shipping fee will be charged. This also applies if you have not received any notification (for example in case you have mispelled your e-mail or phone number during checkout).

365-day right of withdrawal

When you shop online, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. At Nailie.com, we have extended this period to 365 days, during which you can notify us that you regret your purchase and then return the item(s) to us.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must provide us with an unambiguous statement informing us of your decision within 365 days after receiving the item(s).

The statement should be sent via email to info@nailie.com or by using the standard withdrawal form. In your statement, you must clearly indicate that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal period starts from the day you receive the item(s). If the deadline falls on a holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Years Eve, the deadline is extended to the following business day (also applicable for pre-orders). In case of several different items ordered in one order but delivered separately or an item delivered in several parts, the period runs from the receipt of the last item or part.

Return shipping is at the customers expense, and the costs will not be covered by Nailie.com.

Cancelling part of the purchase

If you have bought more than one item from us, you may return one or several items, even if they were bought in a single order.

Please note that freight charges will not be refunded if you cancel part of your purchase.

Condition of the item upon return

You are only responsible for any deterioration in the value of the item that is caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, characteristics, and functioning. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you were trying it in a physical store, but you may not use it.

If the item has been used beyond what is described above, we consider it as used, it is up to Nailie.com to evaluate the saleable value of the article. This only applies if the item is not of the same value as when received.

The amount that can be refunded depends on the saleable value of the article, and in certain cases this may mean that only the freight charges can be refunded. We recommend that you return the article in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may reduce the value of the article.

Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal

Delivery of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return if the seal has been broken after delivery.

Goods that are not covered by the right of withdrawal will be indicated in the ordering process.

Return policy

You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are responsible for the goods from the time of delivery. Therefore, keep the postal receipt and any tracking number.

Missing original packaging may possibly result in a depreciation in value, so to ensure that you receive a full refund, it is recommended that the item be returned in its original packaging.

When you return a package to us, we recommend that you enclose a note with your order number and state what you want to get out of the return - so that the processing can be done quickly. For example, "I want my money back" or "I want to exchange for X instead."
If you want the item exchanged, you must also arrange for the return shipping yourself.

If a price is clearly incorrect and you should reasonably have discovered this, we are under no obligation to supply that product at the incorrect price.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your own choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notice of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will carry out such a refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned them.

We do not accept packages sent without delivery or packages sent by cash on delivery.

Discount codes and vouchers

If you use discount codes or vouchers issued by Nailie.com, please note that you cannot use more than one discount code per order.

Right of complaint

Your purchase is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including the rules on defects. The coverage follows European consumer standards. This means that you can either get a defective product replaced, receive a refund, or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.

Of course, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified, and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior. The right to make a complaint applies for 24 months.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.

You must contact us within 'reasonable time'

You must file a complaint within a 'reasonable time' after discovering the defect in the item. We recommend that you file a complaint as soon as possible. If you file a complaint within 2 months after discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely.

Personal data

To be able to shop on nailie.com, you must provide at least:

We register and pass on the personal details which are necessary to deliver the goods to you.

The above data will be stored with KC Group ApS along with information about the items you have purchased for 5 years from the end of the fiscal year to which the information relates, in accordance with Section 10 of the Danish Bookkeeping Act, after which the information will be deleted.

In addition, we work with a number of other companies who store and process data. These companies process the data exclusively on our behalf, and must not use them for their own purposes.

We work only with processors of data in the EU or in countries where your data will be given adequate protection.

On www.nailie.com the person responsible for data is KC Group ApS.

Information will not be sold to third parties unless this occurs in connection with a restructuring or a complete or partial sale of the company. Any such disclosure will be in accordance with the current personal data legislation.

As a customer, you have the right to access our records of your data, and you can object to a registration in accordance with the rules on this in the Personal Data Processing Act. Requests related to this should be directed to KC Group ApS via email at info@nailie.com.

Prices

All prices on nailie.com are listed in € (EUR) and will include VAT, but exclude shipping costs.

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction

Purchases of goods on Nailie.com are subject to Danish law. Any dispute shall be settled by the ordinary Danish courts.

Complaints

If you wish to make a complaint about your purchase, you can contact us via email: info@nailie.com. If we are unable to find a solution, you can file a complaint with Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, DK-8800 Viborg. You can make your complaint here.

To complain about goods or services, the goods or services must have a value between 1.110 DKK and 100.000 DKK. A fee will be charged.
